It was suggested that Zac was swimming with friends very early on Saturday morning in Ibiza when he decided to take a dive.TMZ reported that Zac "showed signs of distress" as onsite security helped him out of the pool. "Zac was momentarily dazed and he was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure," according to the American publication.
While in hospital, Zac reportedly had a chest X-ray to ensure the water had left his lungs. He was reportedly cleared to leave within an hour but stayed inside the hospital due to paparazzi waiting outside, reports the Mirror.Thankfully it looks as though Zac is on then mend as he bounced back with a swoon-worthy Instagram snap as he flexed his muscles following the "minor" swimming blunder.
The Hollywood hunk reassured fans and declared: "Happy and healthy - thanks for the well wishes." Not missing a beat after his recent mishap, Zac showed off his gym gains and proved he's already killing it in his fitness routine once more.
