Zac Efron comes clean about 2021 face transformation
wonderwall.comZac Efron is facing the music. Back in 2021, the Internet lit up and wondered if the actor got plastic surgery or fillers after his face appeared incredibly puffy in a Facebook video.
In the new October 2022 issue of Men's Health, Zac denied going under the knife, revealing that he shattered his jaw after slipping while running around the house in socks.
The "High School Musical" star said he slipped and hit the corner if a fountain, which caused him to pass out. When Zac awoke, his chin bone was "hanging off" his face, he said.Following the in-home accident, Zac said his facial muscles got "really, really big." During the recovery, he worked with a physical therapist to counteract their growth and get back his face back to form.
