The eBay listing sets the price of gum at $40,147.47, however, the price can go higher if other users decide to bid on it.The auction will end on Friday, April 1.The chewed-up chunk of gunk will be sent to the lucky bidder in a plastic container — and no, they can’t return it.In the product description, the eBay seller penned: “Hello!
I happened to be in the area during the event which had famous actor and producer Jon Favreau being added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.” “During the event, Robert Downey Jr, himself put his gum on the Star and presumably left it there, which I was able to snag.
I’m selling it in the same condition I got it in and it can be tested for his DNA,” they added. Downey, 57, honored the “Iron Man” director at the event and jokingly slapped down his gum on the golden star on the ground.
