She embarked on a holiday of a lifetime across Australia and Southeast Asia – and seems to have caught the travel bug. The globe-trotter has now visited more than 40 countries – from New Zealand to Iceland and Romania.
She's been chronicling her journey along the way and has garnered 392,000 followers as a result of this. But it's not just the well-travelled roads Katie likes going down.
She has even braved visiting destinations that people warn against visiting. Katie recently visited Pakistan – despite people believing it is too dangerous to visit and worrying she would return home in a bodybag – and it has become her favourite place.
