Teen actor Lenny Rush is set to become the first child to present BBC Children In Need's live fundraising show as he joins this year's hosts Mel Giedroyc, Ade Adepitan, Jason Manford, Chris Ramsey and Alex Scott.
The 14-year-old will take on presenting duties alongside his returning co-hosts as the charity appeal returns for another year of fun featuring live music, comedy and some surprise guests.
Lenny stars as Ollie in the award-winning comedy series Am I Being Unreasonable?, which was written by Daisy May Cooper and Selin Hizli, who both star alongside him.
Earlier this year, he won the Bafta TV award for best male performance in a comedy programme for his role, telling reporters afterwards he was "over the moon" and that the cast and crew on the show were "like one big family". The child actor, who lives in Essex, started out on Cbeebies, firstly in the docu-soap Our Family and later in Apple Tree House and Tracey Beaker spin-off The Dumping Ground.
