dailyrecord.co.ukCourt papers have shown that Virginia Giuffre claimed Jeffrey Epstein paid her almost £12,000 to have sex with Prince Andrew.In the latest legal documents that have been released in New York as part of a long-settled defamation case, it is claimed she was quizzed about the time she said she spent with The Royal in the early noughties.During a videoed legal deposition in January 2016, Ms Giuffre was asked by lawyers for famed US attorney Alan Dershowitz to tell of the alleged sex that she claims took place between her and the Duke of York.The lawyer asked: “Were you paid 10 to $15,000 by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein for having sex with Prince Andrew?”Ms Giuffre, now 40, replied: “Yes, I did receive $15,000 (£11,816).
I don't know what equivalent that is to pounds. I received it in American dollars.”She was then asked if she paid taxes on the money to which she responded “No", reports the Mirror.It is unclear on which of the three occasions - in London, New York or on Epstein’s Caribbean Island - she claims to have had sex with Andrew she was referring to.Ms Giuffre, who previously described herself as Epstein’s “teen sex slave," was also quizzed about the time she allegedly spent with the duke, 63, while in London.She detailed her claims that the two visited the capital’s Tramp nightclub, after which she previously alleged she was loaned out to Andrew for sex by the Wall Street financier.She was asked: “How long were you at the bar with Prince Andrew or at Club Tramp I should say?A. “I would say over an hour but not two”.Q “Did you have more than one drink?A. “I believe I had two drinks.
