Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.
The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.
A south Manchester takeaway which went viral for its spicy chicken burgers has been SHUT DOWN for a second time for ‘an indefinite period’.
Miami Crispy’s Chorlton branch, on Manchester Road, has been forced to close by Manchester City Council. A ‘stop notice’ was posted on the chicken shop last week (August 23) which ‘prohibits the use of the premises as a hot food takeaway’ under planning permission powers.
In April, the same branch received the same form of notice to close. At the time, council bosses said Miami Crispy did not have the 'necessary planning permissions in place’ to operate and ‘the notice was issued to ensure the unauthorised business does not have a detrimental impact on the local area and residents - including increased noise, a large increase of people in the area, anti-social parking including blocking a cycle lane, and waste issues’. A spokesperson for said: “A stop notice and a planning enforcement notice have been issued against this premises in Chorlton due to its continued operation as a hot food takeaway without the required planning permission in place. “Despite a long-running period of engagement with the owners of the premises they have failed to give the council assurances that it will not operate as a takeaway, or, make a planning application seeking permission that may allow them to operate in this way. "As a result, the premises is to remain closed under the terms of the Stop Notice for an indefinite period; the operator now has the option to make an appeal against the Enforcement Notice before 23
