'Too cheap' - Manchester United fans fume as Zidane Iqbal transfer offer accepted

Manchester United supporters are far from happy after hearing about Zidane Iqbal's imminent move to FC Utrecht. MEN Sport understands an offer has been accepted, believed to be around €1million, with the youngster preparing to pen a four-year deal after completing his medical on Monday.

The 20-year-old was handed no first-team opportunities over the course of the 2022/23 season, failing to make an appearance under Erik ten Hag despite being named in the matchday squad 17 times.

Widely regarded as one of the more promising academy products to come through in recent years, news of Iqbal's imminent departure came as a shock to many United supporters.
