Tom Hanks was in the UK yesterday, watching his favourite football team – Aston Villa.The actor was spotted at the game in a claret and blue sweater in honour of his team, who were meeting Liverpool in the Premier League last night (May 13).In a video posted to Villa’s social media before the game, Hanks said: “Hello Birmingham, Tom Hanks here, celebrating the penultimate match here at Villa Park.

Looking forward to it – good news on the horizon, let’s hope so!
