young dad died from a massive heart attack just one week after being discharged from hospital with medication. Timothy Smith, 34, passed away after complaining of chest pains, leaving behind a wife and daughters Kyla and Chloe, aged just six and eight.

And his heartbroken wife has said she is "beyond angry" that he did not get the treatment she believes could have saved his life.Zaskia said the chest pains were just one of a number of complaints he made in the months leading up to his death.She believes that his condition was not taken more seriously because of his age, and has spoken out in the hope that lessons can be learnt from her his premature death.
