A renowned food critic has delivered high praise on one of the city centre's newest restaurants, describing it a ‘beacon’ of the city.
Skof is the debut solo venture from chef Tom Barnes and first opened its doors last month. Housed in a former drapery in the Hanover Building in the city centre’s NOMA district, near Victoria Station, the venue won prestigious praise from the National Restaurant Awards just days after opening.
Featuring multi-course tasting menus that bring together Tom's modern British cooking with a twist, and focus on skill, quality ingredients and simplicity.
Due to its immediate popularity, the restaurant is currently fully booked out until October.
