The 1975‘s independent label Dirty Hit has announced a new electronic music imprint, DH2.News of DH2 was announced via The 1975’s drummer George Daniel on social media last night (June 17).
Per Daniel’s post, he will be spearheading the new electronic label as a subsidiary of Dirty Hit. Daniel wrote: “I am so happy and excited to announce my new label dh2.
Let’s go.”The post also includes the announcement of a label launch party, due to take place on July 11 at the Phonox in Brixton.
It will include performances from Daniel, Kelly Lee Owens, Oscar Farrell and TimFromTheHouse.Tickets to the launch party will go on pre-sale at on Thursday, June 20 at 10am BST.
