During Wednesday night's episode of "The Masked Singer," "Shark Tank" star Daymond John was eliminated, and judge Ken Jeong got emotional over the loss of comedian Bob Saget after hearing a rendition of the "Full House" theme song. John, who appeared on the show as The Fortune Teller, spoke to Fox News Digital about what it was like to be on the show and having to keep it a secret for so long. He sang "Movin’ On Up," the theme song for the popular sitcom, "The Jeffersons," a show he is proud of because it’s about African Americans working their way up in the world as entrepreneurs.

Georgia Republican U.S. Senate candidate Herschel Walker says that he is "not deterred" and is refusing to back down after allegations broke that he paid for a previous girlfriend's abortion in 2009.  Reports surfaced on Monday claiming that Walker, who is pro-life, paid $700 to an ex-girlfriend, who said that the money was used to get an abortion and showed the alleged $575 receipt that was from an abortion clinic. Fox News has not independently confirmed this reporting.

A former Texas State Trooper who responded to the Robb Elementary School shooting on May 24th and was recently hired by the Uvalde school district was fired from her new job on Thursday, officials announced.  "We are deeply distressed by the information that was disclosed yesterday evening concerning one of our recently hired employees, Crimson Elizondo," the Uvalde school district said in a statement.  "We sincerely apologize to the victim’s families and the greater Uvalde community for the pain that this revelation has caused." The body of a woman was found Thursday inside a clothing donation box near Los Angeles, authorities said.  The unidentified woman climbed into the box in Santa Clarita and was reported around 10 a.m. near the intersection of Orchard Village Road and Lyons Avenue., the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said, Fox Los Angeles reported.

"Queen of the House" country singer Jody Miller has died. She was 80. Miller died on Thursday in Blanchard, Oklahoma, from complications related to Parkinson’s disease, Fox News Digital confirmed.

After a week of controversy over the “White Lives Matter” shirt he wore at Paris Fashion Week, Kanye West sat for an interview with Tucker Carlson which is set to air on the Fox News hosts’s show at 5 p.m. ET. New York congressional candidate Colin Schmitt tore into President Biden on Thursday for touting job creation and economic progress during a visit to his city while failing to address the crime crisis and a recent shooting that left the New York suburb reeling days earlier. Biden visited IBM's site in Poughkeepsie, New York, on Thursday to highlight the corporation's plan to invest $20 billion across the state's Hudson Valley region over the next 10 years.

The council member who represents the northwest Austin district where a golf course hosted a racy tournament with an adult entertainment club this week says that she has fielded calls from concerned constituents about the incident.  The Vista Ridge High School golf team tried to practice at Avery Ridge Golf Club on Monday, but the coach sent the kids home after they encountered the adult entertainment club.  "I started receiving complaints from constituents about what had happened," Austin City Council Member Mackenzie Kelly, who represents district 6, told Fox News Digital on Thursday. "I don't believe that any student should be exposed to that type of behavior that was happening out at the golf club that day.

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) on Tuesday identified the remains of a teenage girl who went missing more than five decades ago. Joan Marie Dymond was 14 years old when her family reported her missing from Andover Street Park in Wilkes-Barre Township on June 25, 1969, according to the state police. "It didn’t reduce the sadness," Suzanne Estock, Joan’s older sister, said during a Tuesday press conference, adding, however: "I’m glad she was found, so we can have a service for her." Estock said she never expected her family to get answers regarding her sister's disappearance, but her mother believed up until the day she died that Dymond would be found.

A parents rights group is filing a complaint with the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights over a high school theater production which appears to limit participation only to students of color.  Newton North High School’s Theater Ink program is putting on a production in January 2023 titled "Lost and Found: Our Stories as People of Color." According to the show audition packet, "Lost and Found will be a reserved safe space for this exploration and for people of color to be vulnerable and support one another." Parents Defending Education filed complaint alleging that the action is "in violation of both Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 … and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution." "The performance description does not assert that participation in this performance is open to all," the complaint continues.  Theater Ink, according to its website, is "Newton North High School's Teaching and Working Theatre, is a student-centered community that emphasizes the process of artistic collaboration and instills a disciplined work ethic." The site links directly to a Black Lives Matter website, and the audition for "Lost and Found" asks students how they "identify racially/ethnically." The audition pamphlet also specifies that weekly rehearsals for the production will include "organized discussions about race and identity in our lives."  "Regardless of intent, American public schools may not offer opportunities to students on the basis of skin color.

Democratic Oregon gubernatorial nominee Tina Kotek is remaining silent over whether she fully supports the teaching of critical race theory and gender-related topics in public schools. Fox News Digital reached out to Kotek's campaign to see where the former speaker of Oregon's House of Representatives stood on those subjects, asking to what extent she felt they should be taught to public schoolchildren, but did not receive a response. A recent Fox News poll found that more than two-thirds of voters in the U.S.

President Biden will pardon all prior federal offenses of simple marijuana possession, the White House said Thursday. The move applies to those convicted of simple possession of marijuana, including those in the District of Columbia, according to senior officials.  "As I’ve said before, no one should be in jail just for using or possessing marijuana," Biden tweeted Thursday.

From the pizza shop to the Patriots, an NFL hopeful from North Dakota was signed to the practice squad on Wednesday.  Sebastian Gutierrez, a 6-foot-6 offensive lineman, played football at Minot State and was later waived by the Denver Broncos.  While he was working and waiting for his next shot in the NFL, he got a job at Uncle Maddio's Pizza in Minot, North Dakota.  A former employee at Uncle Maddio's Pizza in Minot, North Dakota, was signed to the New England Patriots. Radio legend Bernard McGuirk died on Wednesday at the age of 64 following a battle with prostate cancer, WABC announced.  McGuirk, a longtime executive longtime producer and personality for late icon Don Imus’ famed "Imus in the Morning," was most recently the co-host of WABC’s "Bernie & Sid in the Morning" alongside Sid Rosenberg.  Red Apple Media president Chad Lopez announced McGurk’s passing Friday morning with a touching statement about the man who moved with Imus to WABC in 2007 and has been on the air in New York City since 1986.  "It is with profound sadness that I must share this news with you. A homeless suspect was arrested for the deadly New York City subway slashing of a commuter.  Tommy Bailey, a 43-year-old steamfitter with the Local 638 union for over two decades, was fatally sliced in the neck while commuting home aboard the Canarsie-bound L train at around 8:50 p.m. on Friday, stumbling out onto the platform after the subway rolled into Brooklyn’s Atlantic Station.  The NYPD said the victim had been involved in a dispute with an unidentified man on the train, and Bailey was rushed by medics to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.  Homeless murder suspect Alvin Charles smirks as he's escorted by detectives from the 73rd Precinct.  (WNYW) Several days would pass before an arrest was made on Wednesday.  Alvin Charles, a 43-year-old homeless man, was escorted out of the 73rd Precinct Wednesday evening after being charged with the murder of Bailey, a father-of-two whose friends told the N.Y.

The ex-con accused of fatally gunning down the father of a Marist College student inside a Courtyard Marriott in upstate New York – showed a murderous streak in the past.  Roy Johnson, 35, was arrested Sunday for the slaying of acountant and father of three Paul Kutz in Poughkeepsie in the lobby of the hotel where both men were staying, according to police. Back in December 2005 during a violent robbery, Johnson, then 19, and an accomplice kicked in acquittance Amin Hinson's front door in broad daylight, then aimed a silver revolver at Michael Jones' head, court records show. "Shut the f---- up or I will kill you!" Johnson threatened.

Two small business owners said Thursday they remain concerned about high gas prices, arguing the Biden administration's push for more Venezuelan oil is hurting their wallets. "It's very frustrating as an American citizen," 1918 Catering co-founder and CEO Jason Brown said on "Fox & Friends First" Thursday.

Another bus carrying illegal migrants stepped off the bus in Washington, D.C., Thursday morning, not far from Vice President Kamala Harris' residence. Additionally, two more migrant buses arrived in New York City at Manhattan's Port Authority transportation hub Thursday. Seven buses arrived in New York on Wednesday.

Ann Dorn, whose husband David Dorn was killed during the 2020 riots that stemmed from George Floyd's death, called out Democrats, including Rep. Cori Bush, D-Mo., for still supporting the "defund police" movement.  Dorn pointed out the hypocrisy of Bush's support of anti-police rhetoric on "Fox & Friends First" Thursday. "I find it funny that she says ‘defund the police.’ But yet, she spends $400,000-$700,000 on security alone just for herself using police officers to do it.

Fox News' Gianno Caldwell visited Capitol Hill to demand answers on America's crime crisis from Democrats and Republicans alike, as he continues his journey to seek justice after his teen brother's killing in Chicago.  Caldwell joined "Fox & Friends" Thursday to discuss his trek through the Capitol and said almost all Democrats dodged answering his questions. "The Democrats were not happy," Caldwell told co-host Brian Kilmeade.

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall (R) ripped the Biden White House for interfering with his state's school policies on gender, claiming the administration is "acting beyond [its] authority."
