Strictly Come Dancing 'signs up' BBC legend for new series amid scandal

The BBC show has signed up DIY SOS star Nick Knowles for its 2024 series, according to The Sun.The TV presenter, 61, has reportedly been in talks with the BBC for months over competing in the show.
A source told the publication: “ Nick has always loved Strictly and he is so excited about appearing on the show. He’s got a great personality, is incredibly driven and competitive and is up for giving anything a crack. "He’s going on the show to entertain and to win.
He’ll give it his best shot." OK! has approached the BBC and Nick Knowles' representation for comment. He is rumoured to be competing against the likes of EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick, who won last year's Christmas special, and blind comedian Chris McCausland.
