thesun.co.ukSHAMELESS star Jody Latham is facing trial accused of failing to disclose information to the police when he was allegedly caught speeding.
The actor, who played Lip Gallagher in the Channel 4 series, was clocked going 53mph into a 40mph zone in his Range Rover in March last year, it is said.
Latham, 39, is also accused of driving without due care and attention in a VW Golf in November 2020. Salford Magistrates' Court heard notices asking him to identify who was driving the cars were sent to his home in Colne, Lancashire.
But the police received no response back - causing Latham to be charged with two counts of failing to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle.
