Sewage dumping in Renfrewshire branded a "scandal"

The discharging of wastewater into Renfrewshire’s waterway has been branded a “scandal”. The Paisley Daily Express revealed last month how sewage was dumped into the rivers of the local authority area for hundreds of days in 2023.
