And that’s ok. “I feel like I put so much pressure on myself before, whereas now I've got to the point where I'll say ‘Scarlet, if it’s going to cause you hurt, don't do it. “Or if I follow people on Instagram who put out ‘perfect’ images, then that can make me feel absolutely terrible about myself.
So I just unfollow them. Jude’s here now and I want to eliminate as many down days as possible.” Her career has seen her win I’m A Celebrity in 2016 before securing a presenting role on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. “And that was a real lesson.
