Robert Logan, ‘77 Sunset Strip’ and ‘Wilderness Family’ actor, dead at 82

Logan’s family, which included his seven siblings, moved to Los Angeles. He got a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Arizona, Tucson, where he was scouted by a Warner Bros.

talent agent, according to his obituary. His first acting role was in “77 Sunset Strip.”Logan played parking attendant J.R. Hale, who replaced Edward Byrnes’ Kooki as the valet parking attendant.
