Quality Street fans say they feel 'stitched up' and 'disappointed' as the confectioner confirmed a popular Christmas gift wouldn't be as widely available this year.
It comes as the much-loved chocolate brand announced its pick and mix would be returning to some John Lewis stores - as well as a new tin design and Christmas cracker.
However its personalised tins, which used to be available across the UK through Quality Street's online store, will now only be available in selected John Lewis shops.
Quality Street made the announcement via their Facebook page last week. One shopper asked in the comments: "Can’t you order personalised tins online anymore??
