From the moment he was born, almost every element of Prince George's life has been laid out before him. While he is expected to be King one day, he will first have another key job which was is currently held by Prince William. This role is to one day be the Prince of Wales - a position which will see the young royal inherit the vast private Duchy of Cornwall Estate which stretches across an incredible 135,000 acres.

Given that so many of the properties owned by the Royal Family are set in hundreds of acres of land to make them as private as possible, it may come as a surprise to learn that a location owned by Prince William doubles as the setting for one of Britain's most famous party towns.

And, just like his father, Prince George will own it one day. While the most famous development owned by The Duchy of Cornwall is the Poundbury Estate in Dorset, the Cornish Nansledan Estate is set in an area renowned for partying.

As with many private estates, it will come with strict rules that include not having visible washing lines or bins and not being allowed to install individual satellite dishes.
