In a video, which has now gone viral, the former employee explained how customer comments can have a negative lasting effect - even if we don't realise.

The worker at the budget fashion chain was aged just 17 when she got caught up in a heated argument with a customer. During one staff member's tenure at the brand, she was in charge of the underwear section, says Birmingham Live.
