The 19-year-old took her son to Hull Royal Infirmary at 8.45pm on Sunday as advised by the non-emergency number 111 as he was suffering with a high fever and a swollen testicle, Hull Live reports.
However, the mother and son waited hours to be seen before being told told by a doctor in the early hours he should see a GP instead.Jessica claims her son was later diagnosed with a hernia, a serious medical condition that can be life threatening in some circumstances.Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS.
