Sienna Miller was glowing as she debuted her blossoming baby bump at the Vogue World Show.The 41-year-old revealed she was pregnant last month during a holiday in Ibizia when she was pictured in a bikini, but has kept fairly hush-hush on the exciting news ever since.

Now, the actress has chosen to proudly showcase her growing bump and made it centre-stage in a striking ensemble. Billed as a 'multi-act celebration of the British performing arts', the star-studded one-off event saw Sienna, Rita Ora, Jodie Turner Smith and Winnie Harlow hit the red carpet.

But it was Sienna's outfit that caused a storm as she reinvented the maternity fashion wheel with a crop-top and large Schiaparelli puff skirt.

The star kept accessories minimal, choosing only sheer black tights and simple heels, in order for the focus to be on her stomach, which she regularly cradled as she posed for photographs.
