The hairdresser, 32, cradled her stomach in an orange animal print midi dress with a high thigh slit as she smiled for the camera alongside her friend, who is known only as Abbie.
Ellie, who recently revealed a shock health diagnosis, wore her bleach blonde hair down in soft curls and paired the look with glasses and a subtle makeup look.
The Gogglebox star wore tights to protect against the cold and braved painful feet to rock some sock style, heeled black boots.
In the caption, Ellie joked about the two babies sharing “a little kick whilst bump to bump. ”Ellie’s friend Abbie was clearly going for a subtle orange theme for the shower as the duo posed in front of a huge orange, white and cream balloon display.
