Plans for housing development in Hamilton welcomed by Labour MSP and councillor

Plans for a new housing development in Hamilton have been welcomed by Labour MSP Monica Lennon and Councillor Gavin Keatt.Miller Homes has unveiled a blueprint for 58 homes off Meikle Earnock Road.

The residential site is part of the Hamilton Community Growth Area and will introduce four and five bedroom dwellings subject to planning approval.Attending a public consultation event at Hamilton South Parish Church, Lennon and Keatt quizzed the developer on a range of technical and environmental issues, including surface water and roads.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
