Clement has been out of work since leaving Monaco earlier this year and Shabab have also made their move to land the boss.But Al-Riyadiah claim that Clement is set to snub the cash-rich club as he pursues the Rangers hot seat with talks ongoing between the two parties.
They report that the Light Blues' board have floated "temptations and privileges" that have left the Saudi club out in the cold.
These are said to include incentives for winning the league, cup and qualifying for the Champions League.The report also claims that Rangers would be willing to put a condition in a potential Clement contract that stipulates he would "receive the full value of the contract." The decision is said to follow a late visit to Riyadh for talks with the club last weekend.The "secret" visit allowed Clement to inspect the club facilities.
