Paloma Faith now has a bright red mullet and it’s pretty dramatic
ok.co.ukPaloma Faith with red hair isn’t alien to us, but Paloma with a bright red mullet-like crop definitely is something that has surprised us this week.The singer took to the Concert for Ukraine stage with a brand new look, and it’s unlike anything we’ve seen her wear before.The 40 year old tends to prefer more conventional hairstyles featuring either intricate updos or mid-length curls, but she’s switching it up this week with a very edgy mullet-like pixie cut.The technical definition of a mullet is a hairstyle in which the hair is cut short at the front and sides but is longer at the back, so Paloma’s look is somewhere in between this shaggy cut and a Tinkerbell-like pixie chop.
Very 2022, we think. Since the hair is so shiny and so bright red, we are also wondering if the singer actually chopped her own hair for this look, or if she switched up her style with the help of a wig.
Either way, the end result is very rock ‘n’ roll. We also aren’t the only ones noticing Paloma’s change of look. Watchers of the show have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the star’s performance as well as on her hair. Emeli Sandé can be seen sporting a brand new look for her music scene reappearance. Gone is her signature blonde quiff, and in its place is a chic brunette crop which accentuates her gorgeous features.
