Olly Murs leaves emotional fan speechless as he surprises her with 'unreal' gesture
ok.co.ukPop star Olly Murs surprised an unsuspecting fan on The One Show, dedicating an entire evening to honour her.The extraordinarily lucky lady was Welsh mum Tracy, who was thanked during the BBC One show's regular feature, One Big Thank You.The One Show sent Tracy to an Olly Murs-themed restaurant - but unbeknownst to the super fan, the cheeky Essex singer was hidden away behind the scenes.Tracy, an ardent Olly fan, was stunned as she got more than she bargained for during the surprise.
Operating the Ready, Steady, Go club in her local community, a support network for families of children with autism, she was initially phoned by Olly pretending to be checking up on the night's happenings.
Yet it soon turned into a dream come true when the 'Dear Darlin' hitmaker himself showed up. As an overwhelmed Tracy tried to compose herself, Olly dropped the bomb: "There is a reason I'm here today," said the singer, who Tracy thought was there just to check out the themed night.
He added: "I'm here on behalf of The One Show for the One Big Thank you and it's for you Tracy for the Ready, Steady, Go Club and all the amazing things you do.", reports Wales Online.
