Love Island royalty Olivia and Alex Bowen are set to welcome their first child in less than three months time. Now with the countdown officially on, the loved-up pair - who fell head over heels for each other on the ITV2 dating show almost six years ago and have been inseparable ever since - have opened up to OK!
