Provost Kenneth Duffy recently hosted a civic reception for Edward McDowell, Children’s Panel Area Convener to recognise his outstanding contribution in volunteering to help with the work of the Panel in North Lanarkshire.Edward is retiring from his role after a decade-long commitment to the Children’s Hearings System (CHS) and helping to support some of the most vulnerable young people in our communities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
