The property, located just a stone's throw from Blackpool's seafront, was discovered by urban explorer David Burnip, who shares his adventures on his YouTube channel, Wandering Turnip.
Despite the property's poor condition, which includes holes in the floor and broken glass scattered throughout, David was thrilled to discover a bar tucked away in one of the reception rooms.
The property, which was once a bustling guest house, has fallen into disrepair due to the decline of Blackpool's tourist economy.
