Pictures of how the new controversial industrial estate in Ashton-in-Makerfield would look have emerged despite public backlash to the plans.

The 625,000 sq ft site was given approval by the planning inspectorate to go ahead and build on green belt land back in May.

The developer, Glenbrook, successfully appealed the council's planning committee decision to reject the application at the beginning of April 2022.
