Missing Dundee woman last seen with unknown man in Glasgow before disappearance

Police searching for a missing Dundee woman are looking to speak to a mystery man who she met with on the day of her disappearance.

Lisa Simpson was last seen in Glasgow city centre at 12:30pm on Friday, 2 December. Officers have now established that the 40-year-old was in the company of a man on the day she went missing.

The unknown man got off a No.38 bus on Jamaica Street in the city centre at around 11.50am before meeting Lisa on Gordon Street at its junction with Hope Street around 12.01pm.The pair then walked down Oswald Street and crossed over the River Clyde to the south side of the city near to the Barclays bank.

At around 1.15pm, they were spotted heading along Clyde Place, near the George V Bridge, before going off in the direction of Glasgow Sheriff Court.The man described as white, between 30 and 40-years-old, with a slim build and short dark-coloured hair.
