Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher were just 14 and 19, respectively, when they had to film a kissing scene while playing love interests Jackie and Kelso on the Fox comedy series.
The two stars, who are now married in real life, spoke to Rosie O’Donnell about the scene and how Danny Masterson bet Ashton to take things a bit further. Keep reading to find out more… Ashton said at the time, “They were like, ‘You guys are going to be making out in this scene.’ And I’m thinking wait, this is slightly illegal.” Mila added, “I’ve never kissed a guy. Ashton‘s attractive, and I was a 14-year-old little girl and I was extremely scared for my life.
He was very nice about it. He was like, ‘Don’t worry about it.’ Then Danny goes to him and goes, ‘Dude, I’ll give you $10 if you French kiss her.’” Ashton confirmed the “little side bet” that he had with Danny. “You’re kissing on the show, we’re boyfriend and girlfriend.
You would use tongue. Danny bet me like 20 bucks I wouldn’t do it,” he said. Mila said that she wouldn’t let Ashton french kiss her, but she thinks he tried.
