Met Office issues heatwave weather warning for UK as two areas face hottest temperatures

The Met Office has issued a warning for the UK, forecasting four days of intense heat starting from Saturday and lasting until at least Tuesday, with two areas expected to be hit the hardest.The weather experts predict that the hot weather will sweep across the entire UK from Saturday, but it's England and Wales where the "heat will build most notably." "Scotland and Northern Ireland will see some warm weather, but it is across England and Wales where the heat will build most notably.Temperatures are likely to peak in the low to mid 30s Celsius in the southeast on Monday." They added: "Sunday is when we expect to see temperatures increasing, particularly in the south and east."
