Perry, who was aged in his 20s at the time, exploited her over the course of several years leaving her feeling 'ashamed and embarrassed'.
He bribed her with gifts and tickets for a Rick Astley concert before assaulting her during a trip to the beach and raping her while she held back tears.
Liverpool Crown Court heard how before his cruel crimes came to light, Perry ran his own childminding business.
