Man dies after being struck by Scots police car in horror Boxing Day collision

A man has died after being struck by a police car in West Lothian on Boxing Day.The 62-year-old victim was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary by ambulance, but was pronounced dead a short time later.The driver of the marked police car didn’t require medical treatment.
