Man City defender Kyle Walker not involved in full training with England squad

Bukayo Saka pulled out of the squad after missing Sunday's game against City, but while the other 24 players were out on the grass on Tuesday, Walker remained indoors.
It is unclear why the 33-year-old was not involved with the group.
