Man charged after woman allegedly followed by unknown man twice in city centre
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA man has been charged after a woman was reportedly followed by an unknown male twice in Manchester city centre. Police said the victim had reportedly been 'followed and filmed' by a man on First Street in the city centre on June 26.
A month before, police said the victim had reported being followed into her workplace by an unknown male. A man was arrested last Saturday (July 8). On Sunday (July 9), Joshua Etchells, 22, of Lowton Road in Sale was charged with section 4a public order and stalking involving serious alarm and distress.
