Married At First Sight UK has kicked off its new season with some explosive first episodes - and if you thought you’d seen one of its new stars on TV before, you’d be right.

MAFS UK star Charlie Curtis has been revealed to have already starred in another huge reality TV show - alongside none other than Hollywood’s Lindsay Lohan .

Charlie, 30, joins the hit E4 dating show’s cast as a bride in its new ninth season. But, the lettings operation coordinator from Surrey previously found TV fame as a cast member of another reality dating show.Two years ago, Charlie starred in eight episodes of Amazon Prime dating series Lovestruck High, where 17 Brit singletons were sent to an American high school-type setting to live out their US fantasies and find love - and even heading back to their own prom, dates and all.

The series was narrated by US mega star Lindsay Lohan, 38, no stranger to an American high school herself, as the star of Mean Girls and Freaky Friday.The show culminated in prom night, where a prom king and queen would be crowned and share the cash prize of around £80,000.The 2022 reality series also starred Junaid Ahmed, 29, who went on to star in TOWIE after his stint on the American high school-set show.
