Lucy Watson feared she'd 'lose' baby boy as she shares traumatic birth story

Lucy Watson has opened up on the traumatic birth story of her son, as she revealed she feared for his life as well as her own.The Made In Chelsea star, 33, gave birth to her first child with husband James Dunmore, 34, last month and has now revealed how her labour left her fearing the worst both for herself and her baby.

Sharing her birth story on TikTok, she said: "I was really worried about my son and I thought there was a chance we were going to lose him and I really worried for my own life as well." She continued: "The midwife checked me and his head had come out of my cervix that was like a mass of swelling, she was concerned by that because his head looked so swollen and sore.

He was going into my cervix like a brick wall. When she checked me in a few hours, it was the same situation." "It got to the point where his heart rate was really high, I was exhausted the alarm was going off in our room you can tell everyone was really worried.They came in and said we need to get him out he's not in a good way.This is a life or death situation and we need to get him out now." Lucy revealed she broke down in tears as she didn't want her labour to result in a caesarean section.

She admitted: "I cried, I didn't want to have a c section, especially in an emergency situation and I was really worried about my son and I thought there was a chance we were going to lose him and I really worried for my own life as well.
