During the latest episode, it was the villa's infamous heart-rate dance challenge where the girls and boys have to raise each other's hearts with a series of performances while wearing tiny costumes.
For Mehdi's, 26, approach, he decided to kiss the majority of the girls, leaving partner Whitney, 25, looking visibly confused.
