Frankie Bridge jokingly told fans that she 'hates herself' as she made an observation about herself after sharing an emotional moment with her sons.

The Loose Women star took to Instagram to share how her husband Wayne Bridge and their two boys Parker and Carter had come to watch her on stage.

Last month Frankie revealed she'd be making her West End debut in the cast of 2:22 A Ghost Story. Frankie, who shot to fame in S Club Juniors before topping the charts with girl band The Saturdays, was drafted in at the eleventh hour to play the character of Lauren in the supernatural thriller after One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush had to withdraw from the production due to illness.

With her first-ever theatre role now in full swing, Frankie got a special visit from her young sons who sat in the audience and were seen beaming as they applauded their mum's performance as she took her final bows. "I wish I had a picture of this moment from my perspective," Frankie typed on her Instagram Story alongside the adorable clip. "I can't explain what it meant to look out and see my babies there." The 34-year-old then took to her main Instagram grid to share a string of images, revealing that it was her youngest son Carter's eighth birthday and part of the celebrations was heading into London for a fun-filled day before seeing Frankie in 2:22 A Ghost Story and enjoying some time on the stage themselves. "Yesterday was Little Bears 8th Birthday!" Frankie started the caption of her post. "This kid blows me away!
