Lil Yachty’s show in Vancouver on Saturday night ended early after fans from the seated section of the arena he was performing in made their way to the front section, away from the area designated on their tickets.

Yachty was performing at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver as part of his Field Trip Tour and has yet to comment on the incident.

In footage shot inside the arena he is heard telling fans to "fill it up" prior to performing "Slide." He is later shown to tell people to return to their seats.

It is unclear precisely why the concert was axed by security, with no statement forthcoming from the promoter. The FADER has reached out for further information.
