Lanarkshire retailers offer penny bundles to support vulnerable families amidst cost of living crisis

Local retailers across Hamilton are offering customers weekly 1p bundles throughout May to help support the local community amid the current cost-of-living crisis.The community-led promotion is partnered with Snappy Shopper, with seven stores now supported in the Hamilton & Blantyre area taking part in the promotion, including; Costcutter Cadzow Bridge, Jack's of Blantyre, Agnew's Family Shopper, Day Today High Blantyre, Family Choice Hamilton, Day Today Whitehill Store and Premier Shabir Convenience Store.The following bundles will be on offer; 1p Household Essentials Bundle on May 10, £5 Eurovision Bundle on May 13, 1p Breakfast Bundle on May 21, 1p Cakes by Rebecca Bundle on May 23 and the 1p Summer Bundle on May 28.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
