Kaye Adams says that her early exit from Strictly Come Dancing made her 'long-held insecurities' worse - for a few weeks at least. The Loose Women host, from Grangemouth, was first to be booted off the BBC reality competition when it first launched in September.Kaye, 59, has opened up about her journey on Instagram while telling her fans that Strictly isn't a show to 'heal personal wounds'.The Scots TV and radio presenter added that despite her journey being different, she learned a lot.In the post to her 150K followers, Kaye wrote: "So first of all, huge congratulations to all four finalists last night.
Every one of them had earned the right to pick up that Glitterball."My ‘journey’ was very different but still, I learned a lot.
