Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway has hinted that the end may be nigh for Strictly Come Dancing following the dismissal of its professional dancer Graziano Di Prima due to misconduct.Suggestions have been made that the show could proceed with chaperones present during rehearsals between celebrities and their professional partners.

However, some critics believe the BBC show should conclude permanently after Giovanni Pernice also exited amid allegations about his behaviour.Zara McDermott released a statement regarding her own experience on the show, a topic which Kate addressed as an urgent breaking news update.

On the ITV programme, she stated: "Well Zara has, in the last few minutes, spoken out in a statement, saying that she wrestled with the fear of opening up as she was scared of the public backlash."She said Strictly is one of the most magical shows on TV and she was delighted when she was asked to be a contestant on the show, but she felt that she had to take a step forward.

It's a long statement."Kate then posed the question: "Generally with all these allegations going on and the departure of several dancers, has Strictly had its last dance?" reports the Mirror.Kate proceeded to introduce entertainment journalist Stephanie Takyi, explaining she "wants Strictly to keep rumbaing on as long as it can", while broadcaster Neev Spencer "thinks it's time for something new".
