James Martin to pack on the weight once more. However, a key diet change has allowed him to remain healthy and slender. The chef-turned dancer overhauled his eating habits in order to stay slim after the show.
He gave up three "really bad" foods and replaced them with three healthy, nutrient-rich ones. Despite cooking delicious meals all day, the chef had previously neglected feeding himself properly, which is what he resolved to change.
He explained that in his line of work, they tend to "cram in calories on the hoof" and can't be bothered to prepare a "proper" meal for themselves in the evenings. "I no longer stuff my face with really bad things such as takeaway pizza, Mars bars and fizzy soft drinks, which I used to have tons of during my working day, just like almost every other chef in the country. "He revealed that he exchanged his unhealthy habits for some healthier ones.
James continued: "I eat fish twice a week as well as loads of vegetables and fresh fruit. "For fellow slimmers, the chef explained that losing weight and eating healthily isn't that hard - and doesn't have to be expensive.
