Fans of the usually much loved ITV quiz show, The Chase, aren't too happy with the set up following a recent episode. It comes as four contestants, Joann, Ruby, Matthew and Brendan put in an impressive shift but unfortunately lost out on the huge £100,000 cash prize, which would have made them each £25,000 richer.
Following the foursome's failure to make it all the way, a slew of viewers have since taken to social media to brand the show as "fixed" - mainly for the reason that professional quizzer, Mark Labbett, otherwise known as 'The Beast,' was given a whole host of easy questions by presenter Bradley Walsh compared to the contestants.
Fans argued it was obvious that he was going to beat them and strip them of their potentially life changing fortune. For those who didn't catch the episode, Mark sailed through the final round, beating the hard working team's 18 steps with a whopping 27 seconds to go.
During the quizzing, The Beast only answered one question wrong, which made it impossible for Joann, Ruby, Matthew and Brendan to push him back.
