ITV Love Island shock as viewers vote on who Sophie and Tom will couple up with
ok.co.ukITV bosses have opted for a switch in the usual Love Island format, with fans being able to vote on who Tom Clare and Sophie Piper will couple up with.The public were able to match Islanders up at the beginning of the series, which certainly caused some drama when exes Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish were paired up.
However, following the first recoupling it was left up to the Islanders to decide who to be with, but that could now change with viewers deciding just who the the new arrivals will pair up with.
Fans were quick to predict that there could be some dramatic fall-out following the vote. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one wrote: "Whoever we vote their partner probz getting dumb so be tactical guys #LoveIsland" "Be careful who you vote for please.
